Our firm has used Vanessa from Radiate Communications for two years on leadership development training for our manager group. This year she designed and facilitated four half day sessions for new and experienced managers that looked beyond what they do as an individual contributor, to explore how to think about leading others and learn the tools, mindset and communication skills to lead effectively. In addition, she provided leadership training for a group of experienced managers who had already completed her first program. In this program, they completed a DISC assessment and then learned about their own individual profile and how to interact and communicate with others with different DISC profiles. The feedback from our team was 9.4/10 so a very high score. Vanessa is a great communicator who tailors the communication to her audience. She is personable and makes the sessions engaging and fun. The content that she provides is insightful and actionable to where managers can begin using this behaviour the next day. We were so thankful to be able to have Vanessa this year and look forward to working with her again.
